Long term use of acrylic nails can also hamper natural nail growth resulting in severely deformed finger nails. Routine maintenance also stuff splitting and breaking of the nails. Applying acrylic nails can also lead to infections if the tools used are not properly taken care of.
Infection is another potential health problem that can develop — this is especially likely if you bump the nails or if they begin to separate from your natural nail. Nails that match your dress for the day or the evening is supposed to be the thing to do for the Gen-X ladies.
